Booking and Cancellation

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more before arrival
• 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before arrival

Health and Safety

Participants are required to:

• Disclose relevant medical conditions
• Follow safety instructions from staff
• Use facilities and equipment as directed
• Maintain personal insurance coverage

Liability

While we maintain high safety standards, participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury during activities
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Force majeure events

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful environment for all guests. The following are prohibited:

• Disruptive behavior
• Harassment of any kind
• Unauthorized photography
• Smoking in non-designated areas
